In the summer of 1998, Bayside Lake of Stow, a pristine neighborhood consisting of 118 home sites was created. In the summer of 1999, the final phase of Rosemont Ridge was finished. This phase consisted of the final 52 home sites to the most prestigious community in Akron. In the summer of 2000, Kemppel Village became a reality. This exclusive village consists of 18 executive size home sites. Construction will begin here in the spring of 2003. We are currently one of the partners of the Mayfair East development in Green as well as a featured builder. Our first home will be built here in the spring of 2003. Planning is underway for The Clusters of Springwater Lake in Kent. This wonderful cluster community will feature detached clusters overlooking 3 lakes and several ravines. Our future projects also include densely wooded lakefront home sites in Green.
